Leadership Opportunities

Our purpose at the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) is to move the world forward by unlocking entrepreneurs’ full potential and enabling transformational growth in our members’ lives.

EO is where entrepreneurs grow through life-enhancing connections, shared experiences and collaborative learning.

We all need help to grow above our limits. EO helps its members accelerate their growth through life-enhancing connections that lead to infinite possibilities.

Forum Moderator

Lead a room of your peers.
Take the reins of a Forum for a year. You’ll learn to lead people you can’t direct, through preparation, presence and trust alone. It’s where many members first discover how differently they can lead. (Often a first step.)

Day Chair

Find your command of a room.
Host one of our events, microphone in hand. If a few hours, you’ll build presence, stagecraft and the composure to think on your feet and walk away certain you can hold a room. (An easy first step.)

Accelerator Coach

Learn to grow others.
Guide a small group of early-stage founders toward their goals. Teaching the fundamentals sharpens your own and you’ll build the rare skill of holding others accountable without doing it for them.

Mentor

Develop one leader, deeply.
Walk beside a single mentee over a year. You’ll learn to draw answers out rather than hand them over and, in articulating your own journey, understand it for the first time.

Board Chair

Run something that’s yours.
Own a portfolio; a goal, a budget, a team of volunteers. It’s the closest thing to running a business unit, let entirely through influence, in a place where it’s safe to stretch.

Board Co-chair

Master leading from beside.
Share a portfolio, or learn it as Chair-in-Waiting. You’ll build one of the rarest skills a founder can have—leading with influence when you’re not the one in charge, while preparing for future board leadership.

President

Lead the whole.
Set the vision and lead a board of accomplished volunteer leaders. Typically a later-stage EOQ role, built on prior chapter experience. A unique opportunity to develop your leadership with real impact.
