Key Executive Program

The Key Executive Program is designed to fully align EOers with their leadership team. The Program offers tools and support to master business best practices via a monthly Accountability Group and quarterly Scaling Up workshops.

What You Need to Know

  • The Key Executive Program is designed to empower and align EOers with their leadership team and provide the tools and support to rapidly scale.
  • Each participant is eligible to attend Scaling Up Workshops on Cash, Strategy, People and Execution run by a trained facilitator.
  • There are three program levels available:

    • Executive Program (Learn) – where your staff members access the Scaling Up learning curriculum to ensure they are on the same page as you.
    • Key Executive Program (Coach) – where executives are placed in an Accountability Group to support, mentor and hold them accountable to their 12-month action plan.
    • Key Executive Program (Forum) – where executives are placed in a forum and appoint a moderator to facilitate and run the meetings.

Executive Program (Learn)

This program gives your staff the tools they need to speak your language and scale your business by providing access to the 4 Scaling Up learning days, plus the bonus ‘5th pillar’ Sales and Marketing Day.

Key Executive Program (Forum)

$4000+GST

This program provides the ultimate experience for executives within EO businesses. Participants undergo forum training and participate in structured monthly forums.

  • Tickets for one Key Executive to attend all five Scaling Up Workshops (Cash, Strategy, People, Execution and Sales & Marketing)
  • Guaranteed attendance
  • Forum training
  • Monthly forum group with other EO executives
